    What a delightful experience! Friendly staff; open, airy, clean office- and the first time in my life any physician introduced himself by his first name, with ”Hi, I’m Matt”. Excellent eye contact, spoke in plain English, answered all my questions and was honest about telling me the a cortisone shot wouldn’t be much help for my bone-o-bone osteo arthritis.
